1 :: How did you hear about the position In NetApp?

Another seemingly innocuous interview question, this is actually a perfect opportunity to stand out and show your passion for and connection to the company and for job In NetApp. For example, if you found out about the gig through a friend or professional contact, name drop that person, then share why you were so excited about it. Depends on the situation... I like to label certain tasks as either A B or C...A being the one that requires immediate attention, and C which are tasks that aren't urgent but eventually need to get done... I like to focus my work In NetApp on the things that need to get done, and done quickly... While balancing the other work alongside our first priorities.

I would define team work as getting the job done In NetApp whether that means if I have to do more then the guy next to me as long as the work gets finished.

Two things businesses need to pay attention to in their industries are what their competition is doing and the customers. You may not always agree with your competitors but it is important to be aware of what changes they are making. Very well. I have been in the industry for over 6 years.

Think of your top 3 mentors and what attributes they exhibit that you want to emulate. Common attributes include passion, desire, will, leadership, ability to influence others, intelligence.

27 :: How have you achieved your success?

Discuss stories of how you've progressed over the years to achieve success. People relate best to stories.

28 :: What do you know about this company?

Research the company on Google by searching recent news (to remain current on them) and their website. Make sure you understand their products / services, vision, competitive differentiators, and work culture.

29 :: How important is the vision of the company to you?

It should be very important if you want a long standing career. Remember, you're investing your time, energy and earnings potential into a company so you want to make sure it's a sustainably successful company that will grow with you over the long haul.

30 :: Explain me about a challenge or conflict you've faced at work In NetApp, and how you dealt with it?
