1 :: What is legitimacy?

Legitimacy is the popular acceptance of an authority, usually a governing law or a regime. Whereas "authority" denotes a specific position in an established government, the term "legitimacy" denotes a system of government.

2 :: Tell me about yourself?

You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise.
