Candidates without specific examples often do not seem credible. However, the example shared should be fairly inconsequential, unintentional, and a learned lesson should be gleaned from it. Acknowledge their pain - empathize with them. Then apologize and offer a solution to fix the mistake.

When answering this question, be sure to show that you enjoy interacting and working with others and that you also derive great enjoyment from helping others.
