Answer:

☛ I would find out what is wrong with the customer.
☛ If it was lost luggage I would do my best to find where their luggage is.
☛ If a flight was delayed I would explain why the flight was delayed. Mention it is important to keep the customer happy as an unhappy customer will never return.
