Suppose If a customer came out of their house and yelled at you for delivering the package late or setting it in front of the wrong door to their house, what would you say back to the customer?


I would go and talk to the customer and make sure that it was indeed on-time and that if they had a preference for deliveries that I would certainly make sure it was at a specific door or area the next time they had a package delivered. I believe listening to an individual and not overreacting helps to subdue the problem/anger.
