Why not, I am not only doing a repetitive work but also earning but also getting a good salary by the company At Helper Greenskeeper. And second thing is that nothing is interesting in the life till we are not interested.

Even if your interviewer doesn’t ask one of these question in so many words, you should have an answer prepared and be looking for ways to communicate your top reasons throughout the interview process.

At first place, you try to avoid conflicts if you can. But once it happens and there’s no way to avoid it, you try to understand the point of view of the other person and find the solution good for everyone. But you always keep the authority of your position.
