What Is Machanical Enineering?
Mechanical engineering:
Discipline that put into the principles of engineering, physics and materials science for the sketch, analysis, assemble, and care of mechanical systems. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery and tools.
The engineering field want an understanding of core concepts including mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, kinematics, and electricity. Mechanical engineers use these core principles along with tools like computer-aided engineering, and product life cycle management to design and analyze manufacturing plants, industrial apparatus and machinery, transport systems, aircraft, watercraft, heating and cooling systems, robotics, weapons,, medical devices and others.
Mechanical engineers today are pursuing developments in such fields as:
Mechanical Fields:
► Mechatronics
► Nanotechnology
► Aerospace engineering
► Metallurgical engineering
► Civil engineering
► Electrical engineering
► Petroleum engineering
► Manufacturing engineering
► Chemical engineering
► Bio medical engineering, specifically with biomechanics, biomechatronics, bionanotechnology, transport phenomena, and modeling of biological systems, like soft tissue mechanics, ETC.
