Zong Graduate Trainee Program 2014-15
Zong Graduate Trainee Program is a fast track leadership program designed for talented fresh graduates, who aspire to become the ‘Zong Future Leaders’.
This rotation based program is designed for a period of up to 1.5 years in which Graduate Trainees get the exposure of various departments at Zong; including but not limited to Marketing | Human Resource | Finance | Corporate Sales | Information Technology | Engineering | Sales & Distribution | Procurement. Based on their performance and potential evaluation Graduate Trainees are given specific permanent positions.
Students graduating in 2014; who have passed all semesters (university courses) except thesis or dissertation are eligible to apply with a minimum of 2.7 CGPA or 70% marks. Those who have appeared in the last semester and result is awaiting must have a minimum 3 CGPA or 70% marks.
For business graduates; MBA, MA Marketing, MA HRM, MA Finance, MBA IT or relevant equivalent Master’s degree is a must.
For IT/Computer Science/Engineering graduates, minimum qualification of BIT/BCS/BEE, Bachelors of Telecom Engineering or relevant equivalent degree is a must.
Graduates must NOT have a job experience of more than 1 year and candidates with no job experience would be preferred. (Internship experience is not considered as job experience)
Maximum age of a graduate trainee should be 26 years at the time of hiring.
