Next in SQL Tutorial we might want to conditionally select the data from a table. For example, we may want to only retrieve Salary more then 1000$ from the Employees_Salary table. To do this, we use the WHERE keyword. The syntax for SQL Where keyword is as follows:

Syntax for SQL Where Keyword

SELECT "column_name"
FROM "table_name"
WHERE "condition"

For example, to select all Employees name who have Salary amount more then 1000$ from the table Employees_Salary
Employees_Salary table is as under
