1 :: Explain What do you think are the most common excuses team leaders use to not delegate?

They can do it better them selves; cant trust him/her to do it; he/she is not qualified enough; they dont want anymore added responsibilities; I dont have time to show anyone how to do it; No one to delegate to; I am the only one that can do it.

2 :: Tell me do you think delegation is a way to dump failure on the shoulders of a subordinate or as a dynamic tool for motivating and training your team to realize their full potential?

Employee should see delegation as an effective management skill which allows staff to use and develop their skills and knowledge to their full potential. A cynical view of this skill is a warning sign.

3 :: Explain The last time you did not know what decision to make, what did you do?

just took the advice of my elders,followed the path best suited keeping faith.

4 :: Tell me what was your most difficult decision in the last six months? What made it difficult?

The toughest decision in the recent days is surely my job shift. one reason that made it really look difficult was the choice between my current and aspiring Employer. situations become more difficult, b'coz my current Employer used to be my Aspiring Employer during the start of my Career.

5 :: Explain What steps do you take to ensure that the work you delegate is successful?

Job seeker should explain he knows how to outline desired results, ask for progress reports, sets interim deadlines, and does not overly focus on the methodology.

7 :: Explain How do you go about making an important decision affecting your career?

Career decisions are surely the toughest one and almost inevitable. I follow my instincts during any doubtful situations. b'coz in dilema u r not in the position to make a decision. what better guide can we get, other then our inner voice, during those difficult situations. This doesn't infact means that decision regarding the priority in life be left just to intuitions. Intuitions also needs input in the form of one's likes and dislikes. Goals proper set once, as such, go a long way in creating a good intuitive judgement.

8 :: Tell me do you consider yourself to be thoughtful, analytical or do you usually make up your mind fast? Give an example?

I mostly follow my intuitions with full belief in them. But the outcome decision is based upon the analysis of the situations. So for people around me i am an analytical person, which is true to an extent. I don't come to, even a simplest decision in a rush.

9 :: Explain How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
