1 :: What if I don't like my haircut or color that I received at ABC salon?

If you are not 100% satisfied you are more than welcome to come back for a complimentary redo with the same service provider or someone else.

2 :: Are there any treatments pregnant shouldn't have?

All electrical treatments and IPL should not be undertaken if you are pregnant. Certain types of aromatherapy oils are also not recommended and, if you are pregnant, we will offer you an alternative.

3 :: What are Microdermabrasion treatments like?

Microdermabrasion is one of the most requested non-invasive cosmetic procedures in the U.S. and Europe. With the aid of micro-crystals vacuumed through a delicate hand piece, the procedure produces a skin polishing peel. It is safe to use on all skin types and colors. Most people say the treatment feels as if a cat were licking them.

4 :: How long do I leave before putting on makeup after a spray tan?

It takes six hours for your tan to take effect, so once the tan has developed and you have washed the color off, you can apply your makeup.

5 :: Can you teach me how to do my hair?

Absolutely, that is my specialty.

7 :: What styles are out?

If you haven't received a compliment on your hair lately, it's safe to say your style is out and it's time to make a change. Take notice to the hairstyles in fashion magazines and on television, if your look does not exist, shop for a new hairdresser!

8 :: What about product allergies?

We select our treatment products carefully. However if you know you have a problem with a particular product or ingredient, simply let your beautician know when you attend for your treatment and they will discuss alternatives.

9 :: What shampoo should I use to protect my color-treated hair?
