Make sure you know their competitor's vision, products, culture, and how they are differentiated against their competition (and if they're not, how they could be)

Think about a time where you've rallied a group of people around a cause / idea / initiative and successfully implemented it. It could be a small or large project but the key is you want to demonstrate how you were able to lead others to work for a common cause.

In more general terms, a question such as this gives a candidate the opportunity to talk about their professional philosophy and skills.
