I am agriculture graduate with master in agriculture and business admisnitration. I have 20 years of diverse experience of working in leading financial institutions of,beisdes having very good experience of fertilizer market and food industry along with extensive understanding of seed market, product attributes,product and market development and channel management and team management and development as individual contributor and as people manager for the last six years and and responsible for region contributing almost 45% of total business of Bayer and hence had hand on experience of all arms of agriculture industry like financial institutions,chemical, food and seed sector.I have worked on different projects of future business needs as project lead in Bayer and was recognized at local and regional level for working on those projects and leading direction for future business plans
