I am going to attend the H1B interview for X company in the coming month. As I am married and need to apply for dependent visa for my wife in advance(or with me) because after going to US, it will be hard to do that.
If the visa is approved and want to stay at home for more 2-3 month and then come to US,can she do that?
What will be the validity of the Dependant Visa?
Is there any specific time in which she need to land in US compulsory?		As to what are the chances of my wife getting an H4 visa,as I have not traveled to states & so i do not have the paystubs?
