AS BEGIN
RETURN 'Welcome to '+@url;

PRINT 'Hi there, '+dbo.Welcome('GlobalGuideLine.com');
GO
Hi there, Welcome to GlobalGuideLine.com

PRINT 'Hi there, '+dbo.Welcome('GlobalGuideLine.com');
