Well fully agreed with your point of view that no other exercise can compete yoga; personally I used to do yoga practices for reducing belly fats and my overweight problem. Apart from yoga practices it helps to deal with other problems such as heart attacks; cholesterol; joint pains; back pains and many others. Yoga also brings flexibility in our body structure.
