Yeah proper sleeping is very healthy for our healthy life. Sleeping is helpful to improve memory, live longer, Spur Creativity, Be A Winner, Improve Your Grades, Sharpen Attention, Have A Healthy Weight, main thing is that it is helpful to Lower Stress.
