here is some tips for long hair
1. you should Eat balanced diet which contains proper amount of protein , every day
2. you have to be sure to eat proper amounts of iron and zinc. excess amount can be harmful for your health
3. Make sure that you have to take Vitamin C , B daily which is healthy for eyes and hair specially
